We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and qualified Physical Therapist who can provide comprehensive treatment programs and contribute to fostering a supportive, open, and trust-based environment for both patients and colleagues. This position offers the opportunity to work in a thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic that emphasizes evidence-based practices, manual therapy techniques, and functional interventions. Candidates must be licensed as a Physical Therapist. This role is for 2-5 days of coverage per week in our Bayonne, NJ office. Weekdays only. Core responsibilities include:Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a wide range of orthopedic conditionsUtilize evidence-based practices and manual therapy techniques to optimize patient outcomesProvide functional interventions that promote patient mobility and improve quality of lifeCollaborate with a team of therapists to share knowledge, improve skills, and deliver the best patient careEducate and empower patients to take an active role in their recovery processMaintain accurate timely patient documentation and progress notesContribute to the growth and success of the clinic by supporting a positive and open workplace cultureHandle and transport medical equipment and supplies, requiring lifting and carrying of items up to 50 lbs.Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.Ability to bend and squat to assist patients and access suppliesPhysical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasksOther duties as assigned Required Skills & ExperienceDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programActive NJ Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensureNew graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to applyStrong clinical knowledge with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitationAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentAbility to interact with patients of various backgroundsAbility to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyPassionate about providing exceptional care and working with patients to achieve their goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIdeal Candidate The ideal Physical Therapist will be advanced in their knowledge of Physical Therapy.
