Job Summary:
Fill trays with parts to be ran through robotic milling machines.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Load trays by using board loading robot and by hand
- Ensure robotic mills are kept supplied with parts to run
- Ensure correct parts are loaded on their specific boards
- Assist set up operators with measuring sample parts
- Follow 6S practices to maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good hand dexterity for handling small parts
- 2 years' experience in direct manufacturing
- Experience using a toolmakers microscope and micrometer is a plus
- Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time
- Must be able to sit for 8-10 hours
- $3.00 per hour shift premium
