- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimization across devices
- Manage and execute email campaigns, including segmentation, list management, data hygiene, reporting, and performance analysis
- Support a high-volume environment across 30 programs and multiple internal stakeholders
- Partner with the Marketing Automation Specialist to enhance automation strategies and operational efficiency
- Collaborate on campaign planning, creative ideation, and digital engagement initiatives
- Develop documentation, training, and support materials for HubSpot users and related tools
- Help build scalable workflows and marketing operations processes that improve team effectiveness
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management
- Hands-on HubSpot experience required, including Marketing Hub; experience with Operations Hub or Sales Hub is a plus
- Experience with other MAP/ESP platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Pardot, Braze, or Adobe Campaign is a plus
- HubSpot Inbound Certification required, with willingness to pursue additional certifications
- Experience with Google Analytics, automation workflows, integrations, and emerging marketing technologies
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and interacting directly with stakeholders
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new tools and technologies
- Able to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute and support others
