Work Hours: Monday-Friday; between the hours of 8:00 am-4:30 pm; including on-call rotation
Relocation Assistance: Provided accordingly

What You Will Do
- Manage support tickets and escalations through ServiceNow, prioritizing and resolving incidents
- Lead storage administration: allocation, backup, recovery, tape services, SMS, HSM, and third-party tools (e.g., FDR)
- Oversee upgrades of third-party software, performance tuning, and investigations for mainframe environments (z/OS)
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams, application programmers, and cross-functional partners
- Hands-on experience with SMS, HSM, DS8000, TS7700
- Mainframe storage administration expertise
- Proven z/OS systems programming and storage administration background
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation
