Job Title: Senior Compliance Analyst (HR Compliance)

Full-Time, Exempt Status

Onsite Location: League City, TX. or Glenmont, NY.

Reports To: Director, Corporate Compliance

Join our Corporate Compliance Team and help drive HR compliance excellence across the organization. In this critical role, you’ll identify risks, develop effective compliance solutions, and ensure alignment with employment laws and regulations. What You Will Do

• Collaborate closely with the HR department, and other key stakeholders (e.g., legal, and business areas) to deliver practical compliance advice and solutions
• Advise on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, helping ensure compliance with wage, benefit, hiring, notification, and recordkeeping requirements
• Conduct risk assessments with HR and business areas to define testing, monitoring, and remediation strategies
• Lead compliance audits to uncover compliance gaps and partner with stakeholders to implement corrective action
• Facilitate ongoing compliance discussions and coordinate updates and data reviews
• Develop, deliver, and maintain employment policies, procedures, and training programs
• Support key HR compliance programs and initiatives, including legal and regulatory change management, I-9, immigration, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation, HR compliance policies and training, and HR compliance data reporting
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Hands-on experience with HR compliance programs (e.g., I-9, immigration, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation, policy development, training, and reporting), preferably within a compliance or HR setting
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
