Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with a background in construction to support our project management team. This role is critical in ensuring projects stay organized, on schedule, and fully coordinated from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project submittals, shop drawings, and approvals
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules
- Support material procurement, tracking, and vendor coordination
- Communicate with project managers, field teams, vendors, and clients
- Track project progress and help identify potential delays or issues
- Maintain organized project documentation and records
- Assist with project closeout documentation
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in construction, millwork, or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project flow
- Experience with submittals, scheduling, and material procurement preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and project management software is a plus
