Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop accurate cost estimates, prepare pricing, and deliver competitive quotes to customers
• Build strong relationships with new clients while expanding existing accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring responsiveness and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with production capabilities

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of sales or engineering experience in a related field - Preferred
• Proven ability to manage accounts and close business in a competitive environment

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to interpret blueprints is highly beneficial
• Proficient in basic computer applications, ERP, and CRM tools
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Capable of taking direction and adapting to changing priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues

Work Environment & Travel

• Combination of office-based work and time spent in manufacturing environments
• Frequent use of computer systems, phone, and office equipment

Compensation & Employment Details

• Full-time, salaried position – Work Hours – Monday through Thursday 7AM-5PM
• Salaried compensation commensurate with experience Top of Form
