Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate hospice care in the home setting
Manage symptoms, medications, and end-of-life comfort
Complete documentation in Homecare HomeBase (HCHB)
Maintain productivity of 24–30 visits/week
Requirements:
Active RN license
1 year recent hospice experience required
Homecare HomeBase experience required (may consider training prior to start)
Ability to cover Boston territory (up to ~60-mile radius)
