FULL-TIME MECHANIC

We’re hiring a Mechanic Intermediate responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our fleet across multiple locations within the AMR company. This is a key role to ensure our team can safely maintain and deliver timely and high-quality transportation services, care and customer service to patients.

 

Responsibilities

• Mechanic Intermediate performs mechanical and electrical repairs per policies and procedures.
• Responds to vehicle breakdowns in the field when requested.
• Utilizes parts computer program to locate needed parts and verify correct application.
• Mechanic Intermediate uses maintenance database to document all completed tasks / job assignments.
• Clearly document service paperwork as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company’s information security standards.
• Use appropriate communication methods to help facilitate coordination of efforts between departments, vendors and team members. 
  
  

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent education.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license.
• 2 years verifiable Line Mechanic or Mechanic Helper / Associate experience.
• 2 ASE Certifications (Truck or Automotive series). Preferably Brake and Steering / Suspension.
• MACS AC Certification or equivalent ASE Certification.
