Responsibilities of the Area Marketer:
- Generate patient/resident referrals and admissions
- Conduct sales and marketing visits within assigned geographic areas
- Present facility or agency services to healthcare professionals and community partners
- Coordinate with admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth intake and transition of patients
- Track referral sources, admissions data, and marketing performance metrics
- Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs
- Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance coverage, and LTC services
- Create and implement territory marketing plans and growth strategies
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Monitor competitors and market trends in the long-term care industry
- Maintain CRM/documentation of referral activities and follow-ups
