Administrator - Nursing Home
Located in Medina, OH
Salary: Up to $130K *based on experience*
Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:
- Must have OH Administrator license
- Must have 3-5 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- A medical background in nursing or therapy is strongly preferred
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility.
- Maintain written job descriptions and performance evaluations for each staff position.
- Assist department directors in development and use of department policies and procedures and establish rapport in and between departments so that each can see the importance of teamwork.
- Interpret the facilities policies and procedures to employees, residents, family members, visitors, and governmental agencies, etc.. as necessary in accordance to board approved practice.
