We are currently seeking a Social Services Director to lead our team and support the continued success of our community.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the overall operations of the Social Services Department
Oversee the Medicaid process
Complete MDS assessments and support the admissions process
Provide leadership and guidance to the Social Services Department staff
Work primarily during daytime hours, with occasional evening and weekend visits as needed
Requirements:
2 years of social work and MDS assessment experience, ideally in a long-term care setting
Energetic, results-oriented team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, caring approach, with passion for working with elderly and behavioral residents
