Carillon Oaks Heflin is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Care Partners to join our assisted living community in Heflin, Alabama!

As a Care Partner at Carillon Oaks Heflin, you'll play an important role in helping our residents live comfortably, safely, and independently while receiving the personalized assistance they deserve.

Our Care Partners are more than caregivers — they're trusted companions, helping hands, and familiar faces who make our community feel like home.

Whether you're an experienced caregiver or looking to begin a rewarding career in senior living, we encourage you to apply!

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Provide compassionate, individualized care while promoting resident dignity, independence, and personal choice.

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and daily routines.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

• Observe and promptly report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or behavioral conditions to appropriate team members.

• Support residents with recreational activities, social engagement, and community events.

• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment.

• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility according to resident care plans and training.

• Accurately document resident care and services provided.

• Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident confidentiality procedures.

• Work collaboratively with fellow Care Partners, nursing staff, and community leadership to ensure exceptional resident care.

• Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience preferred, but not required.

• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.

• A genuine passion for working with seniors and making a positive difference.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Dependable, patient, compassionate, and team-oriented.

• Ability to assist residents with mobility and personal care needs.

• Willingness to complete required training and follow applicable Alabama assisted living regulations.

• Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
