WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU’D DO
As IT Administrator, you’ll ensure employees have reliable, secure technology. You’ll own user support and systems administration, maintain performance and security, and partner with the Director of Technology to scale effective IT solutions.

IT Infrastructure & End-User Reliability (30%)
Ensure reliable performance of hardware, systems, and local IT environment. Manage lifecycle, updates, and support to minimize disruption.

Security, Risk & Vendor-Managed Systems (20%)
Own security posture and Microsoft infrastructure health. Coordinate with vendors while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Microsoft 365 Platform Enablement & Automation (30%)
Manage and optimize M365 to improve productivity and efficiency. Govern users, permissions, and automation.

Business Systems (ERP, BI & AI Enablement) (20%)
Support ERP (Acumatica), BI, and emerging AI tools. Ensure systems are stable, accurate, and aligned with business needs.

- UAT coordination | As needed
- ERP incident log | As needed / Quarterly
- Data integrity review | Monthly

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years IT support/admin in multi-user environment
- Experience with M365 or Google Workspace
- Identity & access management (MFA, SSO, onboarding/offboarding)
- Endpoint/device management (Mac/Windows)
- IT security fundamentals (phishing, patching, encryption)
- Ticketing systems & SLA management
- Vendor coordination experience
- Strong communication & customer-service mindset
- Interest in gardening (or willingness to learn)
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
- Network infrastructure experience (switches, VLANs, DNS/DHCP)
- Firewall experience (VPNs, rules, monitoring)
- Linux support familiarity
- Cloud/DevOps exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, Git)
- Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Security/compliance experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sit/stand for extended periods
- Perform repetitive tasks (typing, mouse use)
- Use standard office equipment
- Occasionally lift 10–25 lbs
- Read screens/documents clearly
- Communicate effectively in person and virtually
