Trempealeau Marina is looking for a friendly face who can crack open a can, sling a slice, keep the fun afloat, and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment. Whether you’re a seasoned deckhand or new to dock life, we’d love to meet you!
Our Marina Bar is small, seating about 25 at full capacity, and includes a small quick service area with snacks, treats, and single-serve drinks. The bartender/server would be in charge of all operations at the bar during open hours.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
- Stay guest-focused and provide excellent guest experiences
- Comply with all food and beverage regulation
- Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
- Take/Serve food & drink orders at the counter and tables
- Cook pre-made pizzas and serve canned/bottled drinks
- Sell quick-serve drinks and snacks
- Keep facilities clean, safe and organized
- Replenish bar inventory and supplies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have or be able to attain a Wisconsin Bartender License
- Previous customer service experience (in any capacity) is required
- Previous cash-handling / point-of-sale experience is required
- Previous food service or bartending experience is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Must be able to walk, stand, and sit for an 8-hour shift
- Must be able to lift 20-pound boxes
