Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media graphics (organic and paid)
- Design and update email graphics and layouts
- Produce digital ad resizes and variations
- Assist with production of print materials such as flyers, ads, brochures, and catalogs
- Update existing print templates and layouts
- Prepare print-ready files under established specifications
- Update and maintain design templates across channels
- Prepare and organize assets for production and handoff
- Regular feedback from the Art Director and Graphic Designer
- Exposure to real-world workflows, brand standards, and review processes
- Opportunities to observe campaign development and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design or related field (i.e. Commercial and Advertising Arts, Studio Arts, Marketing, Web Development, etc.)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Interest in marketing, digital and print design, and production workflows
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Applicants who live in the New York Tri-State area
- Able to commute to our office in midtown New York
- Ability to work 10-15 hours per week for up to six months (may be renewed)
- Growing confidence and efficiency within brand standard
- Reliable execution of production tasks
