American Liquidations specializes in selling pallets of liquidation merchandise from major retailers including overstock, shelf pulls, open box, and returned items. These pallets offer incredible value and are resold to the public for business or personal use. Position Overview

The Cleaner / Janitorial Associate supports the Milford retail location by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse, restrooms, break rooms, and office areas. This role is essential to providing a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Sweep, mop, and maintain store floors
• Keep store aisles neat, clean, and free of debris
• Maintain cleanliness of break rooms and office areas
• Empty trash and recycling
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
• Ensure parking lot and customer entrances are clean
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly
• Follow company safety procedures and standards
• Perform other general cleaning and janitorial duties as assigned

Must Have

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods

Nice to Have

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and equipment

Schedule and Availability

• Part-time position
• 4-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• 12pm availability preferred; schedule flexibility may be discussed
