SUMMARY
Located in High Point, NC, American Leather is looking for a dynamic, versatile professional to join our team as a Trade & Design Concierge, with a focus on our Brand.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience, and excellent project management skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as primary in-house point of sales contact for high-profile clients, offering personalized & attentive service.
- Coordinate special requests & handle client inquiries promptly & professionally.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s products, customization services, & company as well as industry trends.
- Execute & oversee projects & trade customer orders from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each order are compatible and fulfill client requirements.
- Communicate project status and reporting to management, sales teams, and customers during project lifecycles.
- Project management for all design and trade custom order processes and ensure smooth communication and order functions.
- Asset management for sales materials, swatch needs, and customer sales tools.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in high-level customer service and project management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Interest in design trends and industry best practices.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex projects.
