Position Overview:Landscape Crew Member
As a Landscape Crew Member,you'llsupport daily construction and maintenance operations by completing essential tasks with quality and care.
Essential Duties Of ALandscape Crew Member
Mow, edge, weed, mulch, and install landscape features
Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Follow production rates and project plans accurately
Handle tools like shovels, rakes, hoes, and wheelbarrows
Ensure installations align with company standards
Maintain clean, safe job sites and report unsafe conditions
Promote safety and environmental best practices
Performadditionalduties as needed
Preferred Experience ForLandscape Crew Member
At least 1 year in the landscaping industry (preferred but notrequired)
Skills & Qualifications Of a GreatLandscape Crew Member
Team-focused withstrong communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Knowledge of safe landscaping practices and tool use
Working Conditions
Outdoorwork in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
Extended hours during busy seasons
Physical labor with exposure to dust, pollen, insects, and machinery
