American Landscapes is hiring Landscape Laborers, Lawn Care Laborers, and Seasonal Holiday Light Installers to help us create beautiful residential properties across Batavia, OH, Eastern Cincinnati, Indian Hill, and East Gate.
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members to handle mowing, lawn care, mulch installation, landscaping projects, seasonal yard cleanups, fertilizer and weed control applications, and professional Christmas light installation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscaping tasks: mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, plant installations, yard cleanups
- Apply fertilizers and weed control to maintain healthy, lush lawns
- Assist with holiday light installation during the Christmas season (climbing ladders, hanging lights safely)
- Work as a team to deliver high-quality landscaping services and outstanding customer satisfaction
- Maintain and clean tools/equipment
- Follow safety protocols and represent the company professionally

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in landscaping, construction, roofing, power washing, outdoor lighting, warehouse work, or other general labor jobs is a plus — but we also provide hands-on training for motivated individuals ready to learn.
- Valid driver’s license clean driving record
- Eligibility to work in the USA (E-Verify)
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability
- Landscaping experience preferred — but no experience is required (we will train the right person!)
