Role Description
The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of an on-site apartment community located in San Antonio, TX. This full-time role includes managing leasing activities, supervising property staff, ensuring resident satisfaction, maintaining the financial performance of the property, and coordinating maintenance and vendor services. Responsibilities also include monitoring occupancy rates, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and meeting property performance goals.
