American Insurance Specialist is looking for a dependable, friendly, and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Westminster office.
Insurance experience is a plus.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Employees must be able to work their scheduled hours without bringing dependents to the workplace
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable answering phones and assisting customers
- Basic computer and email skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Professional, positive attitude
- Detailed oriented
- Insurance experience is a plus.
- Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in English and Spanish
- Assist customers with payments and basic account needs
- Collect and organize customer documents
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
- Data entry and maintaining customer records
- Assist licensed agents with administrative duties
- Provide excellent customer service
