Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
- Sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected.
- change linens and towels according to established procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly.
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Take trash out
