As a Front Desk Receptionist for our company, you would advance in taking care of guest's needs and requests while also being responsible for your own efforts and growth. Operating with honest and truthful customer service, providing basic cleaning and upkeep of public areas, and conducting effective operating strategies; a concierge is someone who is willing to help themselves and others, while also taking efficient steps in progressing with everything they and their teammates experience.

Hotel experience preferred but not required. We are looking for a reliable, consistent person, who can adapt to many situations, and effectively serve our amazing guests in a professional and friendly manner, to fill this permanent position. Must be over 18.
This job requires applicant to:
Process reservations, check-ins, checkouts, enter data into computer
General cleaning to maintain lobby and public areas
Address guests in a polite professional manner in person, on phone, and via email
Wash, dry, and fold laundry
Use cash drawer and maintain accurate count
Post charges and payments to accounts
Uphold policies and solve issues as they arise
Other tasks as necessary to maintain our business
