Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with tact and enthusiasm to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details with attention to detail
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, verifying daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management
- Assist with guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities when scheduled, demonstrating attention to detail under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Previous hotel experience or resort background is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
