Role Description The Agent Management and Appointment Setter role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting agency growth and productivity. On a daily basis, this role coordinates and schedules appointments between prospective clients and licensed insurance agents, using phone, email, and digital communication tools to maintain a high volume of outreach. The position involves managing agent calendars, confirming and reconfirming appointments, and documenting all interactions in the company’s systems for accurate tracking and follow-up. This role also supports agent onboarding and performance by organizing meeting schedules, sharing updates on leads or campaigns, and communicating any changes or cancellations promptly. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales leadership to meet activity goals, contribute to an efficient workflow, and ensure a professional, consistent experience for prospects and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear phone etiquette, active listening, and professional written communication.
- Experience with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of high-volume appointments in a sales or service environment.
- Proficiency with basic office and CRM software (e.g., spreadsheets, email platforms, customer or lead management tools) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Proven ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly activity targets in a remote work setting.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections courteously, and maintain confidentiality.
