We service Central MD, DC, and Northern VA and offer roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and door replacement services. We have job openings for every territory.
Qualifications
Candidate must have:
- Positive Attitude – be ambitious and results oriented.
- Reliable Transportation - will be running appointments within a 50 mile radius.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written - be a people person.
- Valid Driver's License
- Financial stability during training period - 4 week training period includes a $500 per week base salary (negotiable based on experience). After 4 weeks, a draw versus commission structure kicks in and allows successful sales professionals to earn more money and increase their weekly draws.Performance bonuses are also provided. Pay is provided weekly.
- Smart phone with data plan
- Strong ethics, high integrity, and be committed to our customers.
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
- Availability to work evenings and weekends - appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays to accommodate homeowner’s availability.
Project management and home improvement sales experience is a plus!
