What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ore Driver A position at American Gypsum?
The Ore Haul Driver's primary responsibility is to haul gypsum rock from the mine to the plant in a safe manner, traveling on dirt and public roads. Drivers must have and maintain current certification in Class "A" CDL requirements.
Compensation: $34.62–$40.57.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Valid CDL "A"
- Tanker Endorsement
- Successfully pass post offer pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.
- Intermediate driving experience to maintain CDL A license
- Be able to perform basic truck maintenance such as windshield wiper replacement, changing tires, etc.
- Must have physical capability to lift 70lbs and safely swing a 20lb hammer

- Monday: 6:00am to 5:00pm
- Tuesday through Friday: 5:00am to 4:00pm
