Responsibilities:
- Act promptly and efficiently in responses, remain vigilant, monitor activities, and report any suspicious behavior.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies, such as fires or medical incidents, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Write detailed reports outlining any security incidents or observations.
- Provide assistance to visitors and employees as needed.
- Perform regular security patrols throughout the retail store to monitor for potential risks, theft, or safety concerns.
- Report incidents and safety hazards accurately and promptly to our dispatch center.
- Flexibility to cover various shifts and schedules as needed to ensure continuous security coverage.
Requirements:
- West Virginia security guard license
- Valid drivers license or Id
- Must have open availability
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and follow protocols
- Previous security or customer service experience preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
