Warehouse Associate
Full-Time
1st Shift Monday – Friday
Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 40 hours per week, overtime available
Duties & Responsibilities
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
· Able to SAFELY operate warehouse PIT equipment or willing to learn (Order Picker, Reach, Sit Down Forklift)
- Pick stock to fill customer orders utilizing WMS wireless equipment or reading paper tickets
- Read order instructions and bin locations.
- Ensure order quality and accuracy while meeting productivity goals.
- Build and prepare pallets for shipping.
- Pack shipping cartons and confirm order accuracy with WMS computer system
- Unload and load trailers
- Work well with team members and management to achieve business goals
· Other duties as assigned.
· Work Overtime as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Prior warehouse / distribution center experience preferred.
- Must be a team player and adapt to business changes
- Frequently required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Must be able to lift 70# to 100# cartons.
- Must be capable of operating wheeled, motorized equipment, at heights up to 30’.
- Must have good (correctable) eyesight and hearing.
