We are seeking a dependable and experienced Lead Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Open and close the store as needed.
- Train, coach, and support team members.
- Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and store policies.
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized store.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends.
- Must meet all legal age requirements for handling and selling alcohol.
