What You’ll Do
- Maintain greens, tees, fairways, and roughs using professional mowing equipment
- Rake and repair bunkers to keep them in top condition
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs
- Apply fertilizers and treatments safely (training provided as needed)
- Help set up the course for tournaments and daily play
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe working environment
- Work closely with your team to keep the course looking its best every day
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous landscaping or golf course maintenance experience is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform active work
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Team player with a positive attitude
Schedule & Work Environment
- Flexible schedule based on course needs
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
- Active, hands-on role with outdoor exposure
