You’ll be responsible for introducing American Global Security’s services to new prospects, developing long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories.ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to introduce security services and identify new business opportunities.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track sales activity, and maintain detailed client records.Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover upsell opportunities.Attend on-site meetings, client walkthroughs, and local networking events to expand business connections.Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to align outreach and proposal strategies.Monitor market trends and competitor offerings within the security industry to stay competitive.RequirementsProven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development (security industry background preferred).Comfortable with high call volume, cold outreach, and lead follow-up.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar sales management tools.Self-motivated, organized, and driven to meet or exceed goals.Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance required.High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commissionsPotential earnings: $5,000 – $10,000 per monthMileage reimbursement and company cell phoneHealth insurance, paid training, paid time offCareer advancement opportunities within a growing companyAbout American Global SecurityAmerican Global Security provides professional, dependable, and proactive security solutions to businesses and communities across California.
