What You’ll Do
- Mail Department duties include collecting, sorting, scanning, dispersing, filing
- Data Entry to company software systems
- Updating documents
- Performing data inquiries and searches
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and In-office.
- Bilingual Spanish
- Excellent written English Skills
- Ability to type 55 WPM
- Proficiency working on a computer
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, team environment is key
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail and ability to operate office equipment
