Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues promptly and effectively.
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components as needed.
- Proficient in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and services.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
- Responsible for facility maintenance inside and outside.
Requirements
- 3 years proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including overtime as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
