- Connect with customers via walk-ins, referrals, and inbound inquiries—and actively prospect to grow your client base
- Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring every detail is spot-on and timelines are met
- Collaborate across departments (Production, Purchasing, Operations, Accounting) to bring projects to life
- Lead with product knowledge—learn constantly, share insights, and help teammates succeed
- Keep the showroom stunning and ready to inspire
- Use CRM tools to stay organized, track activity, and follow up like a pro
- Show up with a positive attitude, hunger to learn, and desire to win—as a team
- Education and Experience:
- Experienced in sales or customer service (3 years preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus, but your drive and results matter most.
- Skills:
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools—you’ll need to stay organized and track leads effectively.
- A master communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills.
- A problem solver who thrives on challenges and exceeding expectations.
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
