Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead front-of-house team, including servers, bartenders, and event support personnel.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Oversee the setup and presentation of dining areas, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Train and mentor the front-of-house team on service and hospitality standards, systems, event protocols, and customer service.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure all staff members are well-prepared for their roles.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service during service, addressing any issues promptly.
- Uphold American Flatbread Stowe’s commitment to excellence and brand standards.
- Participate in weekly manager meetings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front-of-house management within the hospitality industry.
