What You Will Bring
- Preferred 1yr of front desk experience
- High School Diploma preferred
- Strong verbal communication, superior listening skills, professional appearance and demeanor, and customer focused attitude
- Organized and flexible with ever changing duties
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast paced environment
- Computer savvy, Microsoft Office skills
- Bilingual a plus
- Coordinate the mailing of documents to customers at consultants’ requests
- Greet vendors, visitors, and clients by answering phones, emails and walk ins.
- Reserve and prepare conference rooms for meetings.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Scan and upload all documents to appropriate files.
- Communicate with appropriate parties to ensure timely execution of mail out requests.
- Keeps log of documents to be picked-up by clients and ensures they are not left too long
- Accept loan documents from clients, make copies or arrange with compliance to make copies
- Will be crossed-trained to be main back up for the Front Desk Receptionist position.
- Other duties assigned by Front Desk Supervisor.
