Job Description
- Create and maintain training materials for operational systems and processes.
- Responsible for developing, coordinating and facilitating trainings and trainer support, as well as curriculum for CERS Colleague onboarding. May include job-specific tasks, which could include multiple systems, disability/medical claim processing, Customer communications via phone/email/chat, fraud, Flex/HRA/HSA processing/administration, individual billing, life, annuity processing, etc.
- Audit, document and report audit performance metrics for CERS Colleagues and provide weekly assessment feedback to trainees and management to ensure performance requirements are attained.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; in lieu of Bachelor's degree, position requires 3-5 years experience for job-related tasks.
- 5 years experience in organization/corporate environment, or 3 years in training and development, insurance, claims or related job.
- Technical expert in assigned area of software used by operational area. May include Life, Claims, Billing, Annuities or Call Management.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
