This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Service Specialist based in Colorado Springs, CO. The role involves assisting customers with insurance-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and actively offering tailored insurance solutions. The Specialist will manage client accounts, process policy changes, handle claims support, meet sales objectives, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Collaboration with team members and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings will be integral to ensuring customer satisfaction and company success.
