Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative located in Columbia, MO. In this role, you will identify and assess customer insurance needs, recommend tailored insurance products, and close sales to meet or exceed targets. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Building strong, trustworthy relationships with clients will be central to your daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of Insurance concepts
- Customer Service experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or background in Insurance Brokerage and Sales processes
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with integrity and professionalism
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with insurance sales software and tools is a plus
- State insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
