Shelter Insurance – The Keane Agency is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Ballwin, MO. We provide 100% of your warm, qualified leads. There is absolutely NO cold calling, and you are never expected to sell to your friends or family.

We fully sponsor and pay for your Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life licensing. If you are a recent college graduate or looking for a career change into a high-earning corporate environment, we will provide the training and tools you need to succeed.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $40,000/year base.
• 90-Day Training Bonus: An extra $1,250 per month guaranteed for your first 3 months to protect your income during onboarding.
• Uncapped Commission: 10% commission on all new business premium.
• Average Monthly Commission: $3,500/month once ramped.
• Paid Licensing: We cover 100% of study materials, courses, and exam fees.
• Career Growth: Clear performance tiers to automatically raise your base salary to $45,000 .

Responsibilities:

• Contact warm, company-provided leads who have requested insurance quotes.
• Review client needs and cross-sell Shelter Insurance products (Auto, Home, Life).
• Maintain a high level of phone activity and manage client follow-ups in our CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales goals through excellent consultative communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred (Open to all majors: Business, Communications, etc.).
• Excellent verbal communication and phone presence.
• Ability to pass a Missouri state insurance background check for licensing.
• Strong coachability and competitive mindset.
