What You’ll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, processing policy changes, and assisting with client needs
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities to promote additional insurance products
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Assist with billing inquiries and claims follow-up
- Ensure smooth daily office operations
- Proactively reach out to potential customers and follow up on leads (training provided)

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
- Willingness to obtain a Colorado Property & Casualty insurance license (licensing costs reimbursed upon completion)
