Requirements
- Licensed in Property, Casualty, and Life in the State of Wisconsin (within 30- 60 days of hire)
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and office software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information and provide clear solutions to customers.
