What You’ll Do
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverages
- Conduct sales activities via phone, email, in-person meetings, and social media
- Generate new business through referrals, and online outreach
- Deliver outstanding customer service with timely follow-up
- Meet or exceed sales goals and agency performance targets
What We’re Looking For
- Active Colorado insurance licenses in Property, Casualty, Life (required)
- Proven success in sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort using social media platforms for lead generation and marketing
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
