What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs
- Recommend and explain coverage options in auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, in-office visits, and social media
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and online outreach
- Provide timely follow-up and exceptional customer service
- Work toward and achieve personal and agency sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Active Colorado insurance licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health (required)
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with social media for outreach and lead generation
- Motivated, organized, and driven to meet goals
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $19 /hour, plus paid commissions
