Daytime Custodial Supervisor / Floor Tech (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do
We need a lead custodian to help run a small day crew. You will guide your team, make sure work gets done, and help with cleaning when needed.
Job Duties
- Lead at least 2 custodians during the day
- Give out daily tasks (work orders)
- Check work to make sure it is done right
- Help clean when needed
- Clean floors (carpet, tile, etc.)
- Use floor machines and cleaning tools
- Follow safety rules and put up signs
- Make sure supplies are used the right way
- Report problems to management
What We’re Looking For
- Cleaning or floor care experience
- Experience providing direction, feedback, and leadership
- Accountability
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Works hard and pays attention to detail
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be able to bend, lift, and move regularly
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to push and pull cleaning equipment
- Must be comfortable using floor machines
- Must be able to work on your feet most of the day
