The Team?
The GCST Cross Platform Delivery (CPD) works on Enterprise Top Initiatives, designing, managing and testing comprehensive end to end customer and servicing journeys across multiple platforms and applications for American Express at scale.
What are we looking for?
A Quality Engineer with:
- Experience contributing and improving automation and tooling
- Experience dealing with various Amex platforms and Systems of Record
- Experience or ambition to work across projects, understand journeys and work with key stakeholders in the Product organization
What will you do?
- You'll work with Product Owners, Solution Architects and Delivery Managers to understand the project scope and convert that into customer and servicing journeys and then transform that into automated scenarios
- You'll be writing automation to test a variety of applications, inside and outside of GCST, front end and back end, to enable the automated testing of end-to-end user journeys and the creation of test data
- You'll work on our React One App to enhance our capability to create and modify test data across Amex platforms
What will you need?
- A proactive and collaborative mind-set
- Hands on experience automating
- Familiarity with JavaScript, to work with WdIO and ReactJS
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and articulate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually bonus benefits
