This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in textile and product design who is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a wide range of home categories—including bedding, bath, pet beds, and more. This role will focus on designing for a new, premium licensed brand for our off-price business.
You’ll report to the Sr Designer and work closely with Production, Packaging, and Merchandising to support the design and development of innovative home products.

Key Responsibilities
- Create seasonal mood and trend boards in collaboration with the Sr Designer
- Develop accurate artwork, repeats, and specs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Prepare design files for sampling and production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product execution matches design intent
- Support product revisions, costing updates, and presentation materials
- Stay on top of timelines, trends, and technical innovations in textiles
- Contribute ideas and assist wherever needed throughout the design process
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field
- 1 years of design experience in home or fashion/apparel
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Detail-driven with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow

Salary : $68,000 - $75,000
