What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Elevator Technician position at American Elevator Group?

Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Repair Technician to work in the Evansville/Rockport, Indiana area to help us continue providing our customers with the best services possible.
We are looking for an experienced Technician to help us continue providing our customers with the best services possible. In this role you will be providing repair services on rack and pinion and some hydraulic elevators, ensuring elevators are in proper working order.
Qualifications:- Successful candidates will possess 4 years of experience as a Mechanic
- Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals and/or related technical documents
- Experience as a route mechanic
- Ability to follow established safety, maintenance and/or testing procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical malfunctions.
- Previous experience with rack & pinion and/or crane repair experience is helpful
- CET is strongly preferred.
